BunkieCribs Furniture is the best place on the planet to find hundreds of "baby products at awesome prices"! We have created an easy-to-navigate shopping experience not just for family, but anyone involved in nursery and daycare at church or commercial daycare.

We manufacturer the quality products that we believe you will want and need, and have a continuously growing list of accessories to complement our core products. Ordering
Browse the vast selection of quality merchandise and pick items you are interested in by clicking on the "add to cart" button. Your items will be placed in your virtual shopping cart, which can be viewed at any time during your visit by clicking on the View Cart button, which is located in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Once you have completed your shopping, click on the View Cart button and proceed to check out. Remember at BunkieCribs.com, there are never any handling charges and you will never be billed until you completely check out.

If paying with a credit card, use the following method:

1. Determine the items to be ordered. (Cart Contents)

2. Access your shopping cart by clicking View Cart. View Cart will take you to Google Checkout in order to create an initial secure account for credit information.

3. Click Secure Checkout and follow the instructions from Google Checkout in order to complete payment

4. The order will be entered and shipped in approximately two to three weeks.

If paying with a check or money order, use the following method:

1. Determine the items to be ordered.

2. Call 941-966-6200 to speak with a representative.

3. The representative will assist with the final price including shipping.

4. The order will be entered and shipped once payment has been received.

Special Order Return Policy
Certain items including  special colors/configurations, bedding and bedding accessories are Special Order and, as such, are subject to our Special Order Return Policy.

Any product that is subject to our Special Order Return  Policy is so noted on that products Description page.

All returns and cancellations of Special Order products are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. To avoid this restocking fee, your order must be cancelled prior to Bunkiecribs placing your order with the Manufacturer.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Any product that is subject to our Special Order Return Policy is so noted on that product's description page. Unfortunately, we must enforce this policy because we cannot stock Special Order items and they are ordered based on your request. We must charge your credit card at the time that an order is placed with us.

All returns and cancellations of Special Order products are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. To avoid this restocking fee, your order must be cancelled prior to Bunkiecribs placing your order with the Manufacturer.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

All personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.

Returns and Exchanges
Bunkiecribs "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" Return Policy:
We love satisfied customers and, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bunkiecribs, please take advantage of our "Money Back Guarantee" Return Policy.

As of January 1st, 2008, if you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Call our friendly customer service via telephone  at 941-966-6200 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

Our "Money Back Guarantee" is meant to make your shopping experience enjoyable, convenient and risk-free. You may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges and packing materials.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for any item with any indications that it has been used.

Special Order items are subject to our Special Order Return Policy. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.

If an item arrives with visible damage, note the damage on the bill of lading from the trucking company before signing off on receiving the product. Report any damages immediately to the shipper as well as Bunkie Cribs.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. Shipping and costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective and is noted on the bill of lading.

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us by either calling 941-966-6200 or email us within twelve hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the twelve hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
